Introduction
Welded wire mesh is constructed with steel wires that are joined together at their intersections using a resistance welding as per ASTM A185 process to form a grid. The line wires of the grid are guided through the welder using a pattern board. It uses automated welding machines for making the welded mesh according to the exact specifications. We control the whole process from start to finish as per ASTM F2453/F 2453M. Fence panels & associated components, shall be galvanized in accordance with ASTM A641 requirements then fusion bond/polyester coated in accordance to ASTM F668. Galvanizing shall be applied after welding.

The High Security Welded Fence Panels shall have an aperture of horizontally x vertically center to center using 4mm/5mm/6mm/8mm steel wires that are joined together at their intersections using a resistance welding as per ASTM A185 process to form a grid. The line wires of the grid are guided through the welder using a pattern board. It uses automated welding machines for making the welded mesh according to the exact specifications. We control the whole process from start to finish as per ASTM F2453/F 2453M.
The High Security Welded Fencing system is supplied with matching gates using the same high security panels infill as the fence. Single or Double Swing or Sliding Gates with Manual or Automatic as per your requirement.
Fence panels & associated components, shall be galvanized in accordance with ASTM A641 requirements then fusion bond/polyester coated in accordance to ASTM F668. Galvanizing shall be applied after welding. All the posts & associated components to be internally and externally galvanized in accordance to ASTM F1043 and then fusion bond/polyester coated internally and externally in accordance to ASTM F668. The color of the PVC shall be dark green or black as per ASTM F934 & Customize colors can be done according to the project requirements.
Post are 60 x 60mm SHS / 80x80mm SHS or the customize speciation’s according to the project to project with high yield strength steel provide the ultimate in high security, rigidity and ease in installation and these post are predrilled with holes for fixing panel. It is provided with two type of fixing accessories.
