Expanded metal fencing is one popular fencing in application of schools, sports fields, airports and other places. Expanded metal is a form of metal stock made by shearing a metal plate in a press, so that the metal stretches, leaving diamond-shaped voids surrounded by interlinked bars of the metal. Anti-Cut Denies Access
Take a pair of bolt cutters to chain link fence wire, then try the same with expanded metal. The chain link fencing will cut easily and then begin to unravel. It is likely the bolt cutters will not even grab enough metal to get through the panel.
